GREAT Vehicle

Pros: Comfortable seating and 'zippy' acceleration

Cons: Gas mileage!

This Kia has never been in the shop for any thing other than routine and regular maintenance. It has never failed to start (FL heat necessitated a new battery recently) and runs on a variety of surfaces very well...it can be taken off-road but it has not been.

Pros: The ease of handling the electronic features

Cons: The wind noise and the very back seat

Advice: If there is a wind noise take it back to the dealer and have them check the luggage rack is placed on correctly

When car was bought it was later found that there was a bad 'wind' type noise when going over 45 mph. We promptly returned it to the dealer. Their explanation was the luggage rack was not put on correctly. Whatever they did, it fixed the problem. The car is lovely except for the very back seat which is a bit uncomfortable, but overall the car is wonderful.

Advice: if your looking for a suv with power and style this is the one for you

I recently purchased the 2006 model, and I love it... It is very powerful, and switching from automatic to standard transmission......perfect... If you going to buy one the metallic grey LX edition is great to have... Did I mention how powerful and fast it if???

Pros: the appearance

Cons: the service and the quality

Advice: Do not buy

I purchased this vehicle brand new in nov. 2003 and it has fouled up ever scince, the airbags are not working and kia refuses to fix them, the gas gauge is not working, seatbelt driver's side, windshield fogs up in between the glass, air conditioner, windshield wipers,front bearings,are all not working. How am I supposed to rate this as a safe vehicle when the air bags do not even work? I would have to rate this vehicle as poor.

Pros: Price

Cons: No abs

Advice: None

We have had our serento for about 6 months now and love it. WE look at many other SUV's and couldn't find the same amount of vehicle for the price. Lots of room and quick pick up on the road. Other than some road noise in the back of the vehicle all is good.

this car can go further than what it worths! after i souped it up from jb-performance.com, it looks awesome!!! my dad bought this car, but i enjoyed more with my other friends!
