Are you interested in buying or leasing a new 2010 Jaguar XK or Jaguar XKR in April but are stuck in an existing lease that expires between May 1st and the end of October? If you find yourself facing this rather specific conundrum, you will be pleased to discover Jaguar has announced a special incentive for Jaguar XK and XKR buyers or lessees that allows them to receive a cash incentive.
Throughout the rest of April, Jaguar is offering a cash incentive of $1,000 to $3,000 to those currently under a lease contract if they purchase or lease a new 2010 Jaguar XK or XKR. The cash incentive is offered in three tiers, based on the termination date of your current lease and ranging from May to October. If your current lease expires in May, you would be eligible for a $1,000 incentive. Those with leases that expire in June will see the incentive jump to $2,000. Finally, a lease that expires July through October can net you a $3,000 cash incentive.
Long story short, here's how it breaks down. You currently lease a car (Jaguar or otherwise). Your current lease expires between May 1st and October 31st. You buy or lease a new 2010 Jaguar XK or XKR before the end of April. You qualify for a cash incentive that ranges from $1,000 to $3,000, depending on when your current lease expires. It's as easy as that.
Here are some additional details:
- The customer is not required to trade in or terminate their present lease to participate. Please note, the lessee will still be responsible for their remaining lease payments and any additional payments due at the end of their current lease. This program does not alter, pay, terminate, or cancel the current lease. It is simply a cash incentive in connection with the purchase or lease of a new Jaguar XK or XKR.
- The offer is transferable to other immediate family members residing in the same household. If your significant other wants the new Jaguar XK but you are the one holding the soon-to-expire lease, you can still qualify for this cash incentive.
- The customer is required to provide the Jaguar dealer with a copy of the original new car lease contract showing an original termination date ending between May 1, 2010 and October 31, 2010.
- Customer must take delivery of their new Jaguar XK or XKR by the end of April 30, 2010.
