Pros: Snappy V6.
Cons: Time spent adjusting the driver seat. Sits a bit high.
Advice: Definitley try it. If you don't like Hyundai, you will like the Azera. If you do like Hyundai, you will love this car.Was very surprised. Forgot I was driving a Hyundai. Good sports car feel for a bigger car. Incredibly comfortable and well position drivers space (once you adjust it to your desire - which takes a while). Occasional thud in the year over bumps, but nothing major, just slightly noticable. Speed and power off the line were extremely impressive. Didn't understand the value of teh click shift - until I got on the road and was impressed how you can draw and hold power using it. The car looks great. Had 4 passengers in the car and all were comfortable (4 adults and a child). I found the cockpit intuitive and loaded with easy to access features. A lot of car for the money, great ride and solid warranty.
Pros: all of them
Cons: slightly off suspension, could be a little tighter
Advice: give this car serious consideration and compare closely with toyata, nissan, and hondaI have a 2007 limited with all the options, ultimate package. this car looks and feels as good as if not better than cars far more expensive (i.e lexus, accura, even dare i say a BMW). Although the drive is not 'peformance' standard it is real close and a lot of fun to drive. it holds the road quite well. Anyone who is bargain conscious and can drive a deal home can own this car for less than the cost of a loaded camry or accord, and have much more car. this car is the new standard for understated elegance for the regular guy.
Cons: No daytime headlamps.
Advice: Make sure you test drive one of these before buying anything elseA lot of vehicle for the money. Seats are very comfortable. Driving position is perfect. Handling is tight. Brakes moderate precisely. Steering wheel is infinitely adjustable. Traded in a Chrysler 300M which I really liked and had driven 99,000 mi.
Cons: Seats are a bit uncomfortable after long trips. Colors of dash and radio don't match.
Advice: Buy at least the LE.This car is a lot for the money. It has the initial quality and finish of a much more expensive make. The very powerful engine is also fairly efficient. The ride is a bit mushy at times and it rides like a big car around corners but that can be overlooked when you hit the gas. If the reliability of this car holds up, it will be a big winner. The great warranty gave me the faith to try Hyundai. You still don't see many of these on the road and that makes it even better to have one! I'm afraid the secret will be out soon though.
Pros: everything, especially the warranty
Advice: BUY ONEI bouoght a 2006 Azera over a Toyota Avalon Limited after driving both vehicles. Azera is much more for the money and is a wonderful car.
Pros: Its Perfomance.
Cons: Its Suspension.
Advice: Go for it.I test drove numerous amount of vehicles. From the new Audi A6 to the Mercedes 320, From the new Eos by Volkswagen to the Chrysler 300M...I'd have to say the Hyundai Azera has hit my soft spot of being a luxury and sports car. With its incredible speed and acceleration, its comfort and appearance. I still dont know with what I should fall in love first. Ten Thumbs Up!.!.!
Pros: Ease of entry and exit in both front and rear seats
Cons: no GPS option
Advice: Test drive the Lexus 330, Acura TL, the Infinity G35 and the BMW and you will end up in the HyundaiRide is a little too soft for me in the city but wife loves it. Lots of pop when you tap the accelerator. 29 mpg at 70 mph, Minimal outside noise on the highway. Best rear seat ride available. More features than the Lexus 330 or the Acura TL. More rear seat leg room then either of those two also. Biggest shortcoming - no GPS available.
