    2002 Hyundai XG350 - L

    Pros: 5 speed auto/manual trans

    Cons: No garage door transmitter

Advice: Compare features and price performance, test drive and you will buy!

Drives, handles and rides like a much more expensive vehicle. Excellent on the highway and fun to drive. Snappy on take off and acceleration. Features and price performance are quiet attractive in comparison to other makes. No garage door transmitter. No six way auto seat for passenger. No memory set for steering wheel.

    2002 Hyundai XG350 - L

Pros: comfort , price and features

Cons: power outlet for cell phone

Advice: forget the BMW 's ,Lexus, Benz you'll pay way more for them, and get half the car the XG is

Should be considered as a luxury class car, comparible to Lexus, BMW,or Benz but at half the cost with more standard features that would be optional on other cars. Great looks, handling, fuel mileage, comfort. Some people think it's a Jag, Warranty best in the industry. Service From my dealer (Mcconnell automotive in Mobile Al.) excellent in knowledge of vehicle.

    2002 Hyundai XG350 - L

Pros: The sport transmission and the quietness of the engine.

Cons: The limited tilt ability of the steering wheel

Advice: Don't think twice! Buy it asap!!!!!

I found the test drive to be lots of fun! The way the vehicle handles is beyond belief. One would think they were in an expensive sports sedan with unknown power.

    2002 Hyundai XG350 - Base

    Pros: 5 speed transmission

Cons: Seats ar a little firm

Advice: Consider the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty

Much better value than the competition, rides nice, and handled great on hilly Tennessee back roads. Plenty of passing power. Got 27 mpg on a 1000 mile trip through Tennessee and Kentucky at Interstate speeds with the AC running. Great trunk capacity. Great dealer service and support.

    2002 Hyundai XG350 - L

Pros: drive & ride & looks

Cons: no compass!!! Why can't there be a hook for garbage bag? Bumper paint scratches very easly!! Would like better gas mileage.

Advice: Don't go try one out if you don't plan to buy!! You will buy if you drive it!!!

I took my son to see the next car, I thought, I would purchase after I got 100,000 on my 2000 Chevy Impala..(had 48,000 on it)....we drove the XG350L - we loved it ... I traded with in 2 hours!!!! Did not plan to trade!!! A perfect car! I like to show friends but do not tell them what it is -- they guess -- Jag? - some sports car? - A Ford product new Lincoln? - Then when we talk price and ride - everyone thinks everyone should have one!!

    2002 Hyundai XG350 - L

Pros: The whole car. It is an absolute pleasure to drive. Had a 2000 XG and was very impressed with what they did with the engine

Cons: Not enough information in monitor.

Advice: Compare price and what you get with any other car.Don't be intimidated when you say you bought a Hyundai. Show people what you bought and let them be surprised.

Had a 2000 XG so knew what to expect and wasn't dissappointed. The changes they made in the engine were just what the car needed. It is an absolute pleasure to drive in all conditions.

    2002 Hyundai XG350 - L

    Pros: Handling.

Cons: Fuel computer doesn't show instantaneous mileage.

Advice: Ignore competitors' disparaging remarks; drive it and decide for yourself.

We tested comparable Hondas, Toyotas, and a few Detroit cars. None compared with the perceived value, warranty, and driving experience. Seats aren't as comfy as my truck, but are better than other foreign cars. It's not a sports car, but brings back the feeling of 'motoring' -- it's a stylish, comfortable, dignified platform for getting from A to B. Felt noticeably smoother and quieter than others tested. Other XG owners stop and talk -- reminds me of the MG cameraderie of the 50s. Now have 7K miles since 12/2001 with zero problems.
