Nice and reliable

Pros: The engine and it's power plus very roomy interior.

Cons: N/A

We purchased our 2008 Honda Accord in 3/2008. It now has 26,000 miles. So far, it has been a very reliable car. Mileage in town about 22-23 and on the road about 28 MPG with larger 4 cyl engine. The only issue we had is a rattle in the back window sill. Overall, very pleased with purchase.

My first Honda but the last!

Pros: High quality . . . no breakdowns

Cons: narrow seats

Best attribute in my opinion is the low maintenance and a very reliable car. The only issue is the rear brakes of which the pads were replaced at 30 k miles. Seats are a little to narrow for comfort and I'm 5'10' and 185 lbs. Everything else works great! Does not perform like an Acura TL/BMW but that is a whole different league of automobile (including payment). I highly recommend if you want a no thrills, with decent performance, type of car.

08 Honda Accord

Pros: 27+ MPG for a big car

Cons: Tailights

Great pick up, smooth ride. Honda quality all the way through. Traded down from an Aucura TL but still love the accord. great value!

Disappointed

Pros: Handling and Power

Cons: Noise and inaccuracy of the transmission.

Noisiest car I ever drove. Road noise, small squeaks, buzzes and rattles are very annoying. Although it has a very nice interior and comfort features, the noise factor makes this car not enjoyable to drive.

The 6 cyl coupe !!!!

Pros: running on just 3 cyl during highway driving!! with a 6 cyl engine!!

Cons: The only thing keeping this car from being awesome, no manual sport mode in the automatic..

I've never really been interested in a Honda before, kind of fuddy duddy if you ask me, then I saw the new accord coupe in early 08', i fell in love. Everyone i know seems to love the new agressive sporty look, and loaded with the 6 cyl makes it plenty fun to drive. Two years into it, its holding up like a champ, and I live to drive cars into the ground!!!

2008 Accord V6

Pros: Ease of driving

Cons: maintenance costs

Great car! Love the new design, very comfortable interior with good positioning of buttons & dials. Excellant power when needed, and no troubles with the engine changing from 6 to 3 back to 6 cylinder operation. Traded an S80 Volvo for the Accord. The Accord is a tighter, more fun car to drive.

Great car but quick rear brake wear

Pros: responsive 4 cyl

Cons: uneven rear brake pads

Overall car is great. leather seats could be softer. But the 197 hp 4 cyl is all I need for now and is very responsive. Design flaw on rear brakes contributes to replacing pads every 18-20k miles due to caliper side pads wearing 2-3x faster the the outside pads.
