    2005 Honda Accord - 3.0 EX w/Leather/XM (A5) Sedan

    Pros: V6 power

    Cons: Center counsel is fussy

Advice: Drive the V6 and the 4cyl before you buy

Love this car. Sold my 2000 BMW 323 to get it. People say the 4 cyl is enough, and maybe for some it is. But traffic is aggressive where I live and the V6's power is very strong. I did drive the 4cyl, and it's really good, but the V6 is addictive. Stock Michelins are rough, so I changed to Goodyears 'Triple Tread' tires. I highly recommend them as these new tires made the car ride much better. I really like the XM radio, dual climate control and extremly comfortable seats. It would be nice if Xenon headights were an option like the Maxima. Great ride, lots of features, plus Honda relibiblity. Love this car.

    2005 Honda Accord - 2.4 EX (A5) Sedan

Pros: The 4 cylinder engine -- plenty of power and great gas mileage too

Cons: The pod-shaped radio -- I can't put in my Alpine head unit

Advice: The V6 is great, but do you really need it?

This is my 3rd Accord, each one being a different 'generation' body and engine. This Accord just rides better, handles better, and has more power than my last Accord. The brakes are great, the gas mileage is great, I love it. The only problem I've seen is their little storage bin below the heater controls has a door that occasionally sticks. That's it. Highly recommended.

    2005 Honda Accord - 2.4 EX w/Leather/XM (A5) Sedan

Pros: Lighted Steering Wheel controls for radio/CD/XM Sat.

    Cons: Door trim appears weak

Advice: Test drive both engines with passengers! Internet Shop for best deal.

Only thing I didn't get was the V-6 and Navigation. Where's the heated side mirrors? 4 CYL. is just Ok. I do mostly highway so it's not that noticable. Around town be prepared for the sluggish behavior of the 4 CYL.,especially with all seats occupied. Stock tires Michelins ARE noisy. Started purchase process using Internet and really got the price down before I visited dealership. Purchased vehicle below Invoice! Only other nit-picky item is the coin holder location. When driving it's pratically inaccesable with adult hands. Had a 95 Accord with 168,000 and the 2005 is a big step up the status ladder.

    2005 Honda Accord - 2.4 LX (A5) Sedan

    Pros: Safety Features

    Cons: Road Noise

Advice: The best automotive bargain out there is the LX 4 cylinder. Use online car buying sites for best deal.

Significant improvement over previous two generations. The car is far more enjoyable to drive. AN incredible bargain, the LX has anti-lock brakes, side curtain airbags, etc, with an automatic for under 19k.

Cons: Ho auto door locks or day time running lights

Advice: Test drive both the 4 and 6 cly Auto save you money go with the 4 cly

Good feel to the road. Fun to drive. Very good power for a 4 cly Auto 4 door and great gas mpg. Good Bang for the Buck !! Look at Nissan and Toyota and drove then both and the Honda Accord for the buy with all the extras that were standard in the price.

    2005 Honda Accord - 3.0 EX w/Leather/XM (A5) Sedan

    Pros: Head Lights

Cons: The tail pipes were crooked..left side lower than right side..

Advice: Test drive and inspect every inch of the vehicle before accepting the keys..

I just traded my 1995 Honda Accord LX for a 2005 EX and was disappointed with the way this car rides. It feels almost as if it has a sports car suspension so you feel every bump in the streets. The Pilot gives you a much better ride any day for your money.
