    2002 GMC Yukon XL 2500 - SLE 4x4

    Pros: Seat warmers

    Cons: The brakes don't last.

Advice: Get the 3 quarter ton.

I have owned 3 suburbans since 1991. 2 Chev's and 1 GMC. 2 half tons and one 3 quarter ton. Definately go with the 3 quarter ton. But expect high maintenance cost. In ten years I would say my average cost is at least $200.00 per month on new brakes. Plan to replace the brakes every 3 to 4 months. My current Chev 2500 I have 51,000 miles on it and have replaced the pads 5 times front and rear. New rotors on the front at 27,000 miles and just had all new brakes all the way around including rear drums at 45,000 miles.

    2002 GMC Yukon XL 2500 - SLE 4x2

    Pros: Leather Seat Heaters

Cons: No on board trip computer.

    Advice: Get one!!!!

I just bot the 3/4 Ton with the 8100 motor. Much moore power to pull my 9800 lb trailer, than in my two previous 3/4 454's. I bot all options but the sun roof. The best of my 3 subs.
