2011 Ford Fiesta
Great small car
Pros: Gas milage,
Cons: Steering
I moved into a smaller house with a small garage and had to sell my Sebring and get a smaller car so as to have a small shop area. So off to the car dealers and looked at the Fit, Yaris,Aveo, Fiesta and a few others. Deceided on the Fiesta. I'm kind of a big guy and this car was easy to get into and outside visability was excellent. The seats were the most confortable to me as compared to the others. It also seems like I was sitting up alittle higher that others making night driving easier. My first trip was the commute from home to work. About 22 miles. Set the files to gallon inticator to zero and off I went. I was suprised that my average fuel useage was 38.7 Miles/gallon. WOW, however that was at 5:30 AM with little traffic. Stearing seemed alittle tight to me . My last car, Sebring flowed down the highway. This one seems to jerk alittle especially in the turns. Might be just the nature of the subcompact. Also the ride is much rougher than my last car but once again this is probably normal. I've got the SE model with Sinc and couldn't be happier. This also came with the upgraded sound system and it sounds great. This should make an excellent get around town car and when fuel prices rise again I'll be ready. It comes in some funky colors but I went with the Monteray gray. I quess some of those colors appeal to the younger generation.- Recommend this vehicle to a friend? Yes
