    2005 Ford Freestyle - SE (110A) FWD

Pros: all the room and the individual climate control my exterior colors cvt transmission

Cons: that the throttle thingy went out...and the interior color could be darker

Advice: it is a great value and has great features

we have had our freestyle for about 3 weeks now and love it...we are a family of 5 and went from a focus 4 cylender to this..wow what a change...I keep finding myself speeding...we got a very good price and just love it...the only problem we had is a week after buying it the little wrench icon kept comming up and it was acting like it wanted to die, we took it back to the dealer and they did numerous tests and said it was a throttle thing and fixed it right away..we have had no other problems and are still in love with it...my teenage daughter has her own car (an intrepid) and she keeps fighting us for the freestyle...love the gas milage and the extra room (we opted for the 2 bench seats in back instead of buckets) also love the individual climate control and all the power accesories...it was a great buy for us...

    2005 Ford Freestyle - SE (110A) FWD

    Pros: 2nd row bucket seats

Cons: Not a whole lot of driver leg room

    Advice: Buy one!

We've only had our Freestyle for a few weeks, but we love it. We were down-sizing from an Expedition (13 mpg). The Freestyle gets much better gas mileage and has plenty of room for our family of four plus the dog. We were attracted to the looks and the 2nd row bucket seats that make access to the third row easier. I've read other reviews saying that it is lacking in power. Yes, it has much less power than our 5.4L V8 in the Expedition, but it's a family car...and it actually has plenty of power (and uses half the gas). Great roomy vehicle.

    2005 Ford Freestyle - SE (110A) FWD

Pros: quiet and comfort, plenty of leg room for all and guests enjoyed the 3rd seat view

    Cons: beige interior

Advice: buy early into the year, hard to find what you want at end

After test driving it and others,I purchased this model and happy that I did. driving enjoyment on long trips, quiet, and I found the response enough for what and when we need it. Buying late in the model year narrowed our selections but with care the interior (beige) will remain clean. I'm having fun and getting the compliments the car deserves. looking forward to the 2007-2008 model offering.

    2005 Ford Freestyle - SE (140A) AWD

Pros: The smooth ride and the amount of space inside

Cons: I like everything about it but sometimes when I look at it at a certain angle it kind of looks like a station wagon

    Advice: BUY IT!!

I really love the way the Freestlye is on the road. It is a very smooth ride on bumpy roads and also very spacious. The third row seats come in handy when traveling and when going to the store I can put them down for extra space. We traded in our 2004 Honda Accord V6 manual 6 speed coupe for this and for the price we paid and the satisfaction of the ride it was well worth it. If you are looking for a family car to travel long distances this is the car for you.

    2005 Ford Freestyle - SEL (150A) AWD

Pros: I love the leather seats and how easy it is to get into and out of. The seats are set at just the right height. Older people can get in and out easily also.

Cons: Being a little bit of a snob, I had to get over the fact that it was a Ford. I never pictured myself in one. But one of us (Ford or me) has changed.

Advice: Definitely test drive it and see for yourself. This is a better car then the Highlander or the Pilot and you can fit 2 adults in the 3rd row seat.

I can pass the trucks on the freeway if I need to with no worries. It has a very smooth and quiet ride. I do not feel like I am driving a truck in any way.
