Advice: Great car for the money. This is my third Neon. Handling and brakes are still excellent. Suspension has improved - is much less punishing. 150hp engine is quick and economical. Wind noise has decreased, but road and engine noise remain.
Pros: The redesigned look and the drivers seat
Cons: Gas mileage
Advice: You have to be a Truck lover to want this truck. The engine was very peppy and with the multi transmission you hardly ever feel the shifts. This truck will get up and go. And, as usual the large front seats provide a comfortable ride.
Pros: The exterior appearance and large backseat
Cons: Ride gets a little bumpy over bad roads
Advice: Don't buy this if you really want a minivan, it's a TRUCK!!!I've owned my Ram 1500 Quad Cab with the 4.7 liter engine for a month now and I haven't found anything to complain about yet. It's a well built truck with plenty of power and comfort. In fact, it's backseat is bigger than most full size sedans. In short, it's the best truck I've ever driven.
Pros: Wide Interior room & Tall Visibility, Nice Truck, Good 20' Tires
Cons: 5.9L V8, 245HP is not enought Horse Power for this 6,000 pounds heavy truck size. We need the new 5.7L, V8, 345HP.
Advice: Wait for the 2003 Ram model or install the SuperCharge Kit too boost this monster truck from 245HP to a 400HP.This is a very nice design truck. The truck can do anything and go anywhere. The appearance is the best looking truck compare to the Chevy and Ford. We like everything in this new Ram except the Ram is the weakiest power of the competition. I am very sastified when the Box empty but not when I cary 6 men and haul my 5,000 pounds board, and our two motor cycle and our camping equipment full in the trunk. We can not climb at the Rocky Mountain. If Dodge do not install the new HEMI magnum V8, 5.7L, 345HP into this 2003 Ram 1500, I will trade my 2002 Ram to another brand that have more Horspower.
Pros: LEATHER INTERIOR W/ROOM TO SPARE
Cons: WINDOWS NOT TINTED DARK ENOUGH
Advice: DONT GET SATIN PEARL WHITE -THATS MY COLORI CANT GET OVER THE SMOOTHNESS OF HIGHWAY CRUSING.THE CAR WANTS TO GET UP AND MOVE FROM 60 MPH/TO 80.EVEN BETTER NO RESTRICTOR MINES BEEN UP TO 130-MPH AND STILL CLIMBING,WITH GOOD HANDLING AND BRAKING W/4-W.D.B.ITS QUIET INSIDE,CORNERS VERY NICELY.REALLY SPORTY WITH PLENTY OF COMFEY ROOM IN BACK SEAT. ALSO BIG TRUNK AREA.I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT.
Pros: The easy in and out seats
Cons: I put in thicker floor mats and the drawer under the passenger seat won't open with the mat in place.
Advice: Dodge and Chrysler are virtually identical; go with the best deal you can get. This is my third Dodge/Plymouth mini-van. It is the best van I could find in terms of maximum cargo space and family comfort. The rear bed is relatively flat for cargo and the seats are easily removeable for more space. The individual seats are much easier to remove and replace than the bench seats in my '98 Grand Caravan.
Pros: amount of room in the vehicle
Cons: the available color on the ad car I purchased
Advice: Prepare to have fun!Must get used to the handling. It is extremely responsive at higher speeds. Must get to know the handling to be a master at driving safely on the freeway.
