Pros: power and towing weight
Advice: asked for internet price invoice onlygreat ride //// smooth // and quite
Pros: The Hemi
Cons: No available 'Off-road' package
Advice: Try all the trucks you wantAbsolutely amazing. Like driving in a cloud, compared to the other trucks I test-drove. It looks as good as it drives. Extremely appealing to the eye, to the pocket and to women. I Love it. I had an F-250 for almost five years, and I had NO problem changing over to the dodge family. The Hemi adds absurd power and performance. I tried the Chevy and GMC, but they were nothing compared to the Ram.... Dodge outdid itself, Thank YOU.
Pros: trip computor
Cons: lack of rear seat cup holders, and the wrong tires
Advice: get limited slip axle, plastic rear wheel house insertstruck was delivered with the wrong tires, they where suppose to be off road(all teerrain) and came through with all season, missing rear seat cup holders. Truck handles great is equipt with camper and snow plow packages, really aids in handleing. The larger fuel tank is a plus too(34 gal).
Pros: the cummings motor
Cons: the price
Advice: shop around, alot....I have test drove around six of the 2500hd rams. I have ordered one from Bonneville dodge in Manchester NH. In around six weeks I'll finally have my own. The test drive went great. That, combined with the praise of a neighbor and my older brother, has made me a former f250hd owner. They love theirs, and I will surely enjoy mine as well. $37k seems a little pricey, but I know the quality will be worth this purchase. I'm trading in a 97f250hd, and a 96 buick regal. I hope to get the work power of the ford (if not more) and some of the buick's milage.
