Advice: If you live in Minnesota do not let the car dealer do the application for the loan if you want the life insurance, dealers are not allowed to offer the life insurance to the customers, and you will have to refinance to have it added later.I just purchased my 2nd Dodge Ram, 1st was a 1996 Ram 1500 SLT 4x4, this one is a 2004 Ram 2500 SLT Quad Cab 4x4. I love the appearance, the quanity of room in the cab of the truck, the performance from the Hemi engine, and the ride is excellent. I could not be happier.
Pros: Cummins turbo diesel
Advice: Do your homework and know what price you should pay.I just bought my Ram 2500 with the new Cummins HO engine. This engine rocks. Has plenty of power and for a diesel is very quiet. My CR-V has more noise in the cabin than this truck. The interior is much nicer than the trucks of old. In fact, the interior is nicer than my 2002 CR-V. Handling is very good. The truck drives like a much smaller vehicle. Buy one, you won't regret it.
