    2003 Dodge Ram 1500 - SLT/Laramie 4x2 Quad Cab Short Box

    This is an incredible truck. I have put over 105,000 miles on it and she still runs great as she did off the lot. Talk about tough - I ran it off the freeway and she came out with little damage.

    Pros: Lots of power

    Cons: crew cab not a 6 foot bed

    What a assume truck. It performs as good as it looks, which is excellent. 45K miles so far and not a one problem. I drive it 5 hours a day for work and every morning i look forward to driving it another 5 hours. need i say more?

    mega cab 1500

    Pros: Leg Room

    Cons: Back Lights

    I bought it because of the leg room. I get 19-20 mpg for a 100 mile drive each day. San Diego to Orange County 4 days a week.

    RAM 1500 Quad cab

    Pros: Hemi

    Cons: lifted a little high for my liking..

    Compared to Ford F150 it was really close it came down to best deal..Also love the sport version with the dual exhaust tucked into the bumper..Also the perfomrance of the Hemi is exceptional..Pulling my 21' boat is a breeze..The gas milage in ECO mode on the highway is hitting 22 to 23 miles per gallon..Not bad..The ride is impressive..

    Ram 1500 Quad Cab Hemi

    Pros: Interior Room and Design

    Cons: Gas Mileage

    I bought this trick with the SLT and tow package. Simply put this truck has been fantastic. Of course you have to be willing to stomach the gas mileage, but other than that the Ram 1500 is a great choice. After 7 years of on the road driving and light towing, there have been no major mechanical problems. A few items have needed attention here and there like a door lock and automatic window switch, but other than that the RAM 1500 has been great. Oh and it is a mean looking truck!
