Jeep chose to outfit the Trailhawk Concept with a 3.0 liter Bluetec common rail diesel pushing only 215 horsepower but an impressive 376 ft.-lbs of torque through a five-speed automatic transmission. The 376 ft.-lbs. of torque would come in handy complementing the four-wheel drive system, but that 215 horsepower would leave drivers of the Trailhawk Concept wanting more when negotiating traffic, especially at a weight of 3900 pounds.
