Dr. Mark Sloan, a plastic surgeon on Grey's Anatomy, is seen here examining the posterior region of a Porsche 911. The Porsche came to Dr. Sloan to inquire about getting a reduction in that particular area. This is ridiculous of course, because everyone knows the real fat you-know-whats in the family belong to the 1970s Turbos and the 1980s "whale tails". Kids these days.
