Power is supplied by a Triton 5.4-liter V8 engine generating 300 horsepower at 5,000 rpm and 365 lb.-ft. of torque at 3,750 rpm, spinning the wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. A special exhaust system produces a throatier rumble for extra attitude, while the Torque on Demand AWD system monitors wheel speed and throttle position, transferring power from the rear wheels to the front wheels as necessary. Able to tow and haul like a normal truck, the 2006 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson offers a maximum payload capacity of 1,570 pounds combined with a maximum tow rating of 8,800 pounds.

Wearing polished aluminum, split five-spoke wheels shod with P275/45R22 all-season performance tires, and combined with a sport-tuned suspension, the Harley-Davidson should handle better than any current F-150. Front and rear vented disc brakes include ABS with electronic brake force distribution for extra sure-footedness. All-speed traction control and AdvanceTrac stability control are also included as part of the package.
