2007 Chevrolet Avalanche Review
| Materials Quality |
| |
Materials used in the 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche demonstrate that GM is making an effort to improve the quality of its vehicles. Leather is less than luxurious but feels durable, there are rubberized plastics on the door sills and armrests, and the matte finish on the dash cap is much better than the shiny stuff we’ve seen before. Hard plastics are destined for the lower dash, lower doors, and center console, but they offer matching grain patterns. Overhead is a mesh headliner with matching plastic pillar covers and inside the door frames are alloy sill plates.
