2008 Mazda Mazda2

Built for Europe but destined for the US with a Blue Oval on its snout, the lighter 2008 Mazda Mazda2 has been thoroughly reworked as the latest iteration of “zoom-zoom,” with distinctive styling, lowered emissions, expanded power choices, nimble handling and a more innovative interior. In Europe, the Mazda2 will come with two gasoline engines and one diesel: a 1.3-liter and 1.5-liter gasoline plant, and a 1.4-liter diesel engine. Look for the “2” to debut in the US as Ford’s long awaited small car.
