GENERAL COMMENTS   "Quiet engine; sleek look for an SUV; roomy inside without feeling like you're driving a tank; unexpected amenities for a 2006 model such as 6-CD changer, leather interior, moon roof, extra storage in cab. Therefore, we opted for the 4cyl 5speed for the 24 to 28 mpg rating. It has decent power and even the base XLS came with power windows, Automatic door locks and security system, CD player, etc, etc. It drives very nice, a tad stiffer than a car, but no where near my truck. Handles great, and feels 'zippy'. It is easy to get around in and holds a bunch of stuff. All the baby gear, and you can still shop without fear of having to stuff things in. The rear seats have a good amount of leg room, and all 4 seats are comfortable. Drives great, very nice riding vehicle.
