I purchased 5.4 litre v-8 with higher differential, it pulls the boat out of the water with no pressure on excellorator pedal. In my opinion, I would consider this truck very capable (especially with overdrive off) to keep up with any traffic situations one might encounter,also i would consider this truck quite fast for its size. Interior is more than adequate and quite comfortable,(I would like to have this interior in a restored 1948--1956 ford truck). only complaint is gas mileage, but pros outweigh cons in big numbers.
