The 2008 Raider is a 4-door, up to 6-passenger compact pickup, available in 4 trims, ranging from the LS Extended Cab 2WD MT to the LS Double Cab 4WD V6. Upon introduction, the LS Extended Cab 2WD MT is equipped with a standard 3.7-liter, V6, 210-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 20-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard. The LS Double Cab 4WD V6 is equipped with a standard 3.7-liter, V6, 210-horsepower engine that achieves 14-mpg in the city and 18-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard. The 2008 Raider is a carryover from 2007.
