The 2002 Safari Cargo Van is a 3-door, 2-passenger mini van, available in two trims, the Rear Wheel Drive and the All Wheel Drive. The 2002 Safari Cargo Van's closest competitors include the Chevrolet Astro Cargo Van, the Dodge Ram Conversion Van, and the Ford Windstar Cargo. Upon introduction, the Rear Wheel Drive is equipped with a standard 4.3-liter, V6, 190-horsepower engine that achieves 17-mpg in the city and 22-mpg on the highway. The All Wheel Drive is equipped with a standard 4.3-liter, V6, 190-horsepower engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 20-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims. The 2002 Safari Cargo Van is a carryover from 2001.
