My wife and I test drove an Elantra because we were told at the Chevrolet Dealership that we were 'To upside Down' on our piece of crap 2000 Dodge Neon (I will never own another Dodge!) to be able to purchase a new Cobalt (which is about the same price as an Elantra with the supposed Employee Pricing) and that we would have to go with something used. Well we left there and went to a Honda/Hyundai dealership and left the same day with a brand new 2005 Elantra! Take that Chevy! As far as the drive went, I had never driven one before so I was sceptical but once I drove it I fell in love, it has a much better ride than the cobalt and is much bigger inside, I like the looks better as well compared to the cobalt sedan, (I do love the look of the cobalt coupe better, sorry hyundai) I am happy with the results though and am angry that the chevy dealer showed such a lack of effort with us being we had a check for $18,000 with us, oh well I am now a converted Hyundai Lover. As far as the features Go the Elantra blew me away with the standard features it offers, keyless entry, power windows, etc. Great Value. I actually compare the size on the inside to an Accord but MUCH cheaper. The best part of all is the warranty hands down, no one else is willing to stand by there product with such a great warranty! Great Car! |
