Detailed review: |
I stepped out of the 1996 Avalon into the 2001. I never imagined that the ride and quality of the car could have improved so much over 5 years. My 1996 Avalon was very dependable, never had any mechanical breakdowns. I thought this car drove good and had good room until I took a seat in the 2001 model. I had not intended to buy a new vehicle, my 1996 was doing great, but I was blown away by the overall improvements when I was tricked in to test-driving the 2001 model by my old car salesman. The ride is much more quite and comfortable. I could have bought a Lexus, but why pay 20K more for the luxury I have at a price I can easily afford! |
