Advice to buyer: |
Drive all sport utilities in this class, both men and women. The Toyota is smaller and is most comfortable parking due to the smaller size. Between the Expedition & the Tahoe I bet more women would find the Tahoe easier to drive. |

Being in the market for a sport utility we considered 3 trucks. The Toyota 4 Runner, Ford Expedition and the Chevy Tahoe. The 4 Runner was the roughest ride with it's european suspension, and a close second was the Ford Expedition. The Expedition is hard to see over the hood and has a far rougher ride compared to the Tahoe. Drive all three and you'll see clearly the Chevy has the nicest ride, and talk about outside noise, there is no such thing- a very quiet truck. Chevy seems to be overlooked somewhat when compared to the 4 Runner & Expedition but the Tahoe is the nicest one. Good turning radius, great power, the proven Vortec engine, awesome room (by far the nicest feature). Gas mileage definetly not as good as the 4 Runner, but no worse than the Expedition. |
