The lay out of the shifting lever and the windshield wipers. When you are shifting it is easy to hit the wipers. |

Not the greatest vehicle I have ever owned. The layout of the controls is poor. It is easy to hit the windshield wiper when shifting. Honda claims this is an eight passenger. Don't try it unless all eight are little people. The navigation system is poor. Many places you go it get into 'unverified areas' and is useless. I have a handheld GPS that has mapping software and it works much better. We got the leather interior and it is not as comfortable as expected. The electronics are marginal. We traded in a Chevy Malibu on this vehicle. It had a much better electronic system. The Pilot is a step down. Hopefully the lack of sophistication will result in long term reliability.
On the good side. This is the first $36000 that I have owned that you don't need to worry about shining the chrome. There is none.
