The car is great, the service is the issue. Check your DEALERS reputation before you buy. I'm stuck with only 2 in my area. Neither is worth my trust anymore. |

Volvo has chased us away. We have three Volvos; a 240; 940 and S80. Over the last ten years, EVERY service or repair we have had at the dealer has had to be taken back and redone. The latest was failing to tighten the lug nuts on a tire rotation (lost 2, the rest were loose). Talk about putting you customer in danger. Anyway, we LOVE the cars, but we can’t get service in or area, so we are looking to other manufactures. If you are looking at a Volvo, remember it’s hard to get them serviced at other locations in lieu of the dealer, so watch out. |
