 Detailed review:

I bought a 2005 LE 4 cylinder with automatic. The car accelerates well and has enough reserve power for accelerating without me wishing too often that I had bought the 6 cylinder. The transmission shifts smoothly and the ride is very smooth and quiet unlike with the Nissan Altima 2.5 which I was planing to buy until I test drove it (there was a noticeable pause when the wutomatic transmission shifted and the ride was jittery). The Camry isn't a BMW so it tends to lean into a curve and doesn't feel like it sticks to the road on a turn like some other cars where the smooth ride factor isn't as big of a priority. The 2005 is MUCH bigger than the older Camry models. When at a stop, you have t apply more presure to the breaks than usual or the car will start to creep forward. I'm 5'8' and find the driver's seat a bit too high even when lowered to the max due to all of the mechanics under the seat for the power seat control but then I like to stretch out rather than sit as if I was at a table.
