Detailed review: |
There are many features on this truck that make it very accomodating for the average individual. Ingenuity triumphs in the form of a trunk located in the bed, which allows you to store things without having them visible in the box. The trunk also has a drain plug in the bottom, making it perfect for filling with ice and loading it with beer for those fun fishing trips. The cabin was roomy fore and aft, plenty of elbow room and leg room, plenty of clearance for us tall folk. Honda obviously took great pains to make this truck as comfortable and effecient as they could...the power sliding rear window and fully adjustable seats are testements to this. I was also impressed with the fuel economy, and simple interior styling. It is elegant without being over done, and well thought out.
Performance wise this truck leaves you a little hungry. The uni-body design gives it stability and a rigid quality that does not interfere with the 'light' and easy handling, but the torque and over all power could use some improvement. She was a bit slow on the take off and seemed to lack a little power. Over all it was a comfortable ride...not the smoothest on the market but certainly not the roughest.
