Detailed review: |
After 9 full months of driving, I am averaging 32.4 mpg. I live in suburban NJ, where 50% of my miles are below 50 mph, and 30% are around 65 mph. My only complaint is the distance to the steering wheel. I am 5'8', and when i sit a comfortable distance back (face about 16' back from the steering wheel), my arms are almost completely stretched out when at the classic 10-2 position. I have a comfortable bend in them only when my hands are at the 8-4 position.
Other than than, I am very happy with it, and have had no problems. Cold weather (below 40 degrees) and hot weather (above 90 degrees) will lower your gas economy because the battery is iess efficient in cold, and requires cooling in extreme heat. I would think californians would get the best mileage, which may explain why Ford did their trials there. |

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK |
|
Why our customers love our dealers...
"The salesman did not pressure at all--a very important factor to me. He was intent on finding exactly the car I wanted instead of trying to sell "a car." The salesman also communicated to the 'financing person' my wishes regarding credit life insurance and extended warranty. My wishes were respected; however, since I asked for and received information re the extended warranty and I was not pressured, I decided to purchase it."
