Advice to buyer: |
If you need a big car with a big engine ... the 300C is for you. |
Detailed review: |
I have a 2003 STS & wanted something a little bigger. The STS is a dream car, but a bit confining on a long trip if you're a big guy. As soon as you get into the 300C you can tell it's plenty big, and, plenty powerful. The power output from the Hemi makes you think you're driving in a video game ... it's quiet, smooth & effortless. The gearing is so tall that at 80 mph the engine is only turning at a mere 2350 rpm's. There's no noise, no vibration & very little sense that you're really moving unless you look at the speedometer. This is not a car for those who do not have plenty of self control, and a good radar detector. My only complaint so far is that the ashtray is only big enough to hold one large marshmellow. |
