Detailed review: |
drives like a jeep. has a lot of power for a vehicle of its size. although i had transmission problems from the beginning it was in the shop 4 times each time for at least 2 weeks or more. i went to several jeep dealers and got the same customer service, rude arrogant and unhelpfull. i was told it needed a transmission tuneup and had to pay 300.00 when i had a warranty only to find out that the transmission was still bad. dont buy this car or any other chrysler product they dont stand behind there productsand after you buy it they dont care about you. also my dashboard went out and they fixed it but they broke the lights on the shifter somehow and wanted me to pay. stay away from these crooks. |
