Favorite feature: |
The look and the cargo space. The height of the seats. Gas mileage is great. |
Least favorite feature: |
Seats are a little uncomfortable. Maintenance too costly. Gas tank is too small! |
Advice to buyer: |
Look elsewhere or buy a 2005 or later model, I hear those have the kinks worked out. |
Detailed review: |
When I got this car in December of 2003, I loved it! I was sad to part with my 95 T-bird and this was just the car to make me happy again. Then I got married the next December and the problems started up. The brakes started grinding after it had rained (which is frequent in Houston) and eventually they were grinding every single time I stopped. That got fixed, sort of. Then the tires wore out in January of this year ($400) Then this summer the a/c went out! $700 later, it's fixed. Now my OBD light has come on for some exhuast or gas cap-related thing and most websites say, 'it'll just go away after a couple of weeks'. This is by far the most annoying car I've ever been in. I agree that all cars should have cd and cassette players! I also agree with everyone that it's hard to see behind you in it, in fact, my husband ran into a trailer a couple of weeks ago and now there's a dent in the back door and a huge gash in the bumper. I will never own a Chrysler again. I can't afford them! Next stop: 2006 Hyundai Sonata! |
