attention potential chevrolet buyers.... beware. i puchased my 2002 silverado ext cab a mere 2 months ago and just returned from a car dealer(dodge) car shopping. gm has no loyalty to its customers whatsoever. they have no idea what the words quality control mean nor do they care. my engine runs extremely rough, my paint is already chipping, everything in the truck squeaks and rattles and not one body allignment(door seams,bed seams , etc. line up correctly. customer services response,,' your vehicle is in factory specs' without even looking at it. and i was informed this in the most rude manner you could even imagine. gm responds to its customers,,oh well,you bought it and its yours now!!!!!!!111 |
