 Detailed review:

WOW, this is a car that should be in a completely separate compact or small car class. I drove the Honda civic for 3 years before that the Hyundai Accent and before that the Toyota Corolla and this little roadster feels like a car should. The brakes are firm and hard and tight, very controlled and never mushy or uncertain. The ride of this vehicle is something that has to be experienced to be appreciated in that the suspension is so different than Honda and Toyota. It is stiffer and when taking wide turns or on city streets I don’t feel the car move out from under me. It rides a bit high like a small SUV and the longer nose gives me a feeling of safety. The sloped rear window makes it private as if no one can see in from behind. I just tap the accelerator with the 146 HP and I’m off totally controlled with a throaty sound to the engine and exhaust, no problems passing in overdrive either and no down shifting to get higher torque during a pass. The 5tn gear is a true Overdrive at 80MPH the RPM is only 3.5 x1000 with plenty of room without feeing wound out. The entire range of gears is different than the other cars, 1 through 4 are long gears for cruising and quick shifting the back roads after work. I drive 90 mile a day and have been driving for nearly 30 years and this car is actually fun to drive. The responsiveness, the road ability, the outrageous style of this car with that sedan but sporty look and lines make this a great choice.
