Advice to buyer: |
shop for price, especially toward the end of a model year. |
Detailed review: |
Base Spectra w/AC and 5-speed. Purchased for $8500 new. Best bang-for-your-buck around. Great warranty. Car handles very well and the 5-speed allows me to take best advantage of the engine's powerband.
Nicely equipped even as a base model. Very roomy; large trunk. Love the fold-down seats.
Nice little features such as sunglasses holder, dimming entry light, cupholders and compartments, etc.
the instrumentation is basic, i.e., speedometer, odometer, temp. gauge and that's it; would like a tach, but. . .
fun to drive; planning to keep a long time. |
