Detailed review: |
I have owned my 2001 X5 for 20 months and 25,000 miles. My only problem was the coating
on the front interior door handles peeled
off, wax like. The dealer replaced them with
no hassle and no problem since. It accelerates, brakes and handles like the day
I bought it. It doesn't handle/corner as well
as the sport wagon but thats a trade-off of being higher off the ground.
Overall I am still impressed and intend to
continue driving it. It is especially sweet
cruising on the open interstate about 90.
I got and recommend the Premium and Climate packages. I did not get the sport package or the GPS system. I am too busy driving to worry about where I am going. |
