Detailed review: |
The new S-Type 2000 Jaguar is fabulous. Styling inside and out is all class. I found the 3.0L engine to be quite capable. The ride smooth but not too smooth. It handles well. It has all the available
goodies you could want in a car of this stature. The on board gps navigation system looks like
a winner. I don't think the voice recognition system is very practicle though. You have to hit
a button on the steering wheel, then say in a slow voice, the exact pre-written voice commands
to turn on the radio, then scan up , scan down etc. You can do all that by just using those
buttons for those commands that are all ready on the steering wheel. You would do it much
faster directly. The Jaguar is a great looking and great driving machine. |
