 Advice to buyer:

I wish I would have looked at other cheaper models, I think I could have got a Nissan or Toyota with the same features for less

 Detailed review:

Nice car but I expected more from a Lexus. I should note my other car is a 2006 Vette so maybe I'm spoiled, the Lexus and Vette share a lor of the same features except the Vette gets it right. Nothing major just minor things, overall I would say its a good car. A few of the small things that annoy me about the Lexus: 1. When you press the button to turn the car off things that you would like to still have power do not, radio, windows (In my Vette when you turn it off these things are powered til you open the door). But for some reason the headlights stay on til you open the door?? I think I need the window power more than the headlights before I get out of the car. Also a lot of these settings are user settable on the Vette but not the Lexus, you have to take it to the shop and I guess the headlight thing you can't change or I would have when they did the initail setup. 2. The navigation is very inconsistent with how it prevents you from doing some things while driving, for instance if you are listening to the radio it won't let you see the name of the song while driving, but if you are listening to a cd it will. 3. The temperature setting seems more like a fan speed control than a true thermostat, you turn it to 70 or below the fan is high, 71 to 75 fan is medium. etc. When you get in the car on a hot day and the temp is set to a comfortable 75 but it is 100 degrees when you get in the fan still is only on medium, you have to lower the temp to get the fan to high. 4. The remote system is inconsistent also, sometimes 2 doors unlock when you approach the car sometimes all 4 sometimes just 1, sometimes none do until after you pulled the handle 1 time. Besides those few minor things no complaints, like I said I was expecting perfection in a Lexus and was dissapointed to find out a chevrolet was closer to perfection.
