This car has been great. One negative is 25mpg in town and 25mpg on the highway in winter and 24.5 for both in the summer heat with full airconditioning load. Sticker days 28mpg in city and more on highway which is wrong. I knew it would get only 25mpg before purchase but other SUVs would get only 13mpg to 19mpg in town so I am still better off with 25mpg. Performance is excellent for 4100 lb car with 0 to 60 of 7.5 seconds advertised and when I timed it I got 7.2 seconds. Penalty mostly for bad aerodynamics with negligible vehicle weight penalty when at constant speed in other SUVs is approximately 10mpg when compared to typical four door sedans. |
