The Oldsmobile Intrigue is fun to drive. It has good power for the money and the safety and maneuverability features are impressive. The comfort level is good, and the Bose radio is a wonderful OEM option. However, the quality of this vehicle is poor. Within nine months, I've had the steering system replaced three times, the transmission replaced and the new one fixed, the passenger door linkage replaced, the fuel door fixed, and a knob on the radio replaced. Plus, there is a strange klunking noise that happens either at start-up or when shifting into gear, the coolant leaked out of the reservoir and no solution was found, the heating system doesn't work properly, and the front door windows both rattle excessively. I would not recommend this vehicle to my worst enemy. I was excited when I first owned this vehicle, but have regretted it ever since.
