The 2010 Elantra is a 4-door, 5-passenger family sedan, available in 3 trims, ranging from the Blue to the SE. Upon introduction, the Blue is equipped with a standard 2.0-liter, I4, 138-horsepower engine that achieves 25-mpg in the city and 35-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard. The SE is equipped with a standard 2.0-liter, I4, 138-horsepower engine that achieves 26-mpg in the city and 34-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard. The 2010 Elantra is a carryover from 2009.
