Advice to buyer: |
Good deal, consider price differerence between LX and EX |
Detailed review: |
The Civic LX sedan has most features a buyer would want, for around $18,400 sticker price. 140hp engine is powerful for its size, and 5-speed transmission is more efficient than a 4-speed. Ride is quiet and smooth, and acceleration is good. Trunk isn't as big as Corolla or Sentra, but is decent. Rear leg room and head room is good. Standard options include cruise control,ABS,side airbags, curtain airbags, aux.input jack, engine immobilizer, all power locks, windows, etc. Digital speedometer and tach are sharp-looking and easy to read. Moonroof and alloy wheels are not standard on LX, but come with EX version. Overall, a much better deal than Corolla for the price, and a good choice for a first car. |
