DO NOT PURCHASE THE 2007 CAMRY LE V4 5AT. Look at the reviews in the car websites before you even think about it. I purchased one in May '06. There is a serious hesitation problem when accelerating. Three visits to the dealership in the past year, one for an inspection by a factory rep, and I've been told that the car is operating within factory specs. I can assure you that the car is not operating within factory specs, and Toyota has chosen to ignore this problem. You do not want to have your family in this car with you for fear of being rear-ended when the hesitation occurs. I'm already in the arbitration phase and since I already know the outcome, it's the Lemon Law next. |
