The headrest. It pushes your head forward and down. I need a back pillow to see straight ahead without neck strain. |

It isn't the Explorer. Check Service Hours. Be sure that the Service Team will work with you and your schedule for drop off and pick-up of vehicle when being serviced. |

Until Ford Service has me owning the 2008 Escape that I bought 2 months ago, I cannot say it is better than average. Since my purchase, the rear brakes were recalled and replaced. Within 2 days of the replacement, the noise is back. The service tech rode with me and agrees it could be brakes or suspension. The engine - once so quiet you wouldn't know the car was on is now not so quiet and there are pings and a softer thumping.
I miss the hand holds and internal trunk lock from the Explorer. |
