I like the looks and comfort. The heated leather seats are nice. But, the transmission is lacking in driveability. i got stuck on Lombard St. in SF. When I got halfway up the hill the car would not move forward. I had to put in reverse and creep backward and then pull foreward to turn around. If car sits for three days or more without being started, upon starting the engine it hydraulics. Of course, Ford can not duplicate the symptoms. I left car at the dealership for a month with no results. Transmission makes noise and there is lack of power on hills. Air bag passenger lite comes on intermittently even with a 200 lb person in seat. These problems started off the car lot and still persist with 6500 miles on car. I am ready to cut my loses and buy a Toyota. My last car (a Toyota), had 300,000 miles on it when it got totaled by a client. The car only had regulary maintance performed on it and never gave me problems.
I am sorry to have bought this car and is a sore subject at my home. It was my idea to purchase it and I here about it everydday.
