Easy to drive, bad resale/trade-in value |
Least favorite feature: |
scratches easily on exterior and interior. A little small, especially in the leg room dept. |

Test drive others in this same category. Consider your needs before purchasing. |
Detailed review: |
I like the car/SUV. It's fun and easy to drive. We have two small children so it's a tight fit for the four of us. Cargo space is limited as is leg room. We've been very happy with the performance of this vehicle. We also love the warranty/free oil changes/free tires for life. If we didn't have kids we'd keep it. We need more room so we're looking at vans. The trade-in value sucks! We paid about $23,000 and today the dealer told us the most we could get for the outlander is $13,000. It's only 6 months old & w/low mileage! My advice, buy used so you don't take the huge hit we did on a new one. |

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK |
|
Why our customers love our dealers...
"I was only in the inquiry stage and she stated briefly what the vehicle offered and its price and a ballpark estimate of what I might be expecting if I traded. I told her I was not at this time ready, and she respected that."
- Jerry P. (Tulsa, Oklahoma)
