Pros: heated seats& surround sound DVD
Cons: Blind spots * noise when rear windows are down & front are up*gas mileage
Advice: Great Luxury vehicle for familiesGreat ride, quiet solid car
Pros: Kids-DVD, me- leather heated seats, husband- all the great extras in the car
Cons: I feel just like I did when I was parallel parking on my road test (many years ago), scared to death to backup
Advice: Go for the extras, the sticker was $40,588 and there is the $3000 rebateDid a lot of research for a car. We considered the YukonXL and the Toyota Highlander, kept coming back to the Pacifica. Only have it 3 days and love it! The kids aren't killing each other as they are glued to the DVD. I wanted out of a minivan but still needed the 3 row of seats for when the kids start with (He's touching me, he's breathing my air...) I have it all in the Pacifica, no touching, no stealing of breath, life is good)I love the heated leather seats, husband likes all the 'toys' in the car. It is -21 with the wind chill and I have been making excuses to run errands, just to be in the car. I will say that all the reviews I read are correct about the blind spots, they are there. The rear window is way too small and I am very uncomfortable backing up and parking, but still worth buying, just have to be extra careful.
Pros: Navigation system and instrumentation panel.
Cons: Whats not to like?
Advice: Test drive it. Once you do, you will be sold.Traded my Jeep Grand Cherokee for the Pacifica. Handles much better than the Cherokee. Good pickup, smooth handling. Very comfortable auto. Feels tighter than the Jeep, and, more stable than our Lincoln Navigator. And the interior is also more comfortable than other SUV's we have test driven. The navigation system with the video console in the center of the drivers instrumentation panel is awsome.
Pros: Second row seating with the DVD
Advice: Buy itStable, smooth ride. Handles like a smaller fine tuned car.
Pros: All the features.
Cons: No dual exhaust. Engine; would be even better with a V8 (maybe even a Hemi). There is plenty of room under the hood!
Advice: Buy it!Test drove the 2004 Acura MDX, Volvo XC90, Ford Explorer & Nissan Murono. None of them cmoe close to the overal experience of the Pacifica. Great handleing, great price, awesome comfort & outstanding styling. I was looking for a fully loaded luxury family vehicle to haul around my kids (which are getting bigger and bigger by the day). This car provides a great set of seats and space in the second row.
Cons: That Chrysler didn't come out with this vehicle a lot sooner!
Advice: Buy it.I bought the base model Pacifica for two reasons: The price, and the fact that it came with more 'standard' amenities the any other vehicle I looked at in its class. The comfort, handling, and styling make the Pacifica a great vehicle for anyone who needs the versatility of a minivan, but would rather not drive one.
Pros: all options
Advice: buy it , you'll love itI was never a Chrysler fan until I leased my new AWD PACIFICA, what a beautifull cruiser. Finally, Chrysler built an excellent vehicle and should be proud of, I like the Euro design (int. & ext. NAV system, DVD and audio), roomy/smooth/quiet, lexus like luxury, affordable and I like it a lot more than my XJ8 and Grand Cherokee.
