Chevy Upgrades 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe Technology
Truck Adds 4G Connectivity, Hands-free Liftgate, Wireless Charging
Continuing one of the industry's more customer-friendly trends, the Bowtie brand is making some significant upgrades to the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe full-size SUV—and its upsized sibling, the Chevrolet Suburban—even though that pair represents two of the freshest vehicles in the lineup. In fact, both were introduced as all-new models just a few months ago, but like an increasing number of brands, Chevy is moving quickly to keep the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban on the cutting edge of competitiveness.
Unsurprisingly, this includes the addition of 4G LTE connectivity from OnStar, which will be standard on the upper-grade LT/LTZ trims of the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe/Suburban, along with a three-month/three-gigabyte trial data plan and mobile wi-fi functionality. The duo also will support occupants' digital devices with wireless charging, while customer convenience is further enhanced with a hands-free liftgate; folks with the keyless-entry fob can just wave a foot beneath the rear fascia of the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe or Suburban for easy access to the rear cargo area.
