2002 Chevrolet Malibu - LS
Pros: The size, sun roof and spoiler.
Cons: Reliability
Advice: Don't buy one
I purchased my car new in June of 2002. I have had problems the last two years. The car will not start, the anti-theft light comes on and the car will not start for up to 20 min.'s. This happens on a daily basis. I have taken the car to the dealership three times and no problem is detected. -
2002 Chevrolet Malibu - LS
Pros: Comfortable driving, easy handling, auto volume on stereo.
Cons: Can't see top of heat/A/C directional control without leaning over. Otherwise nothing.
Advice: Buy. You won't regret it for a second.
Bought it a year old, 8K miles on it. Power everything, leather, spoiler, beautiful! Plenty of room, very comfortable to drive. Love the power, sporty look. Stands out from all the other average sedans. Nicest car I've owned so far. Would buy one again in a heartbeat. -

I was really surprised with the room inside the malibu. It doesn't look that big from the exterior. Drove nice and lots of power. -

Gets over 30 mpg on highway, and thats cruising at over 75mph! Ls trim (in 2002) adds an awesome 100 watt subwoofer (a shocking suprise in this model line) -

Had to replace brakes every 30,000 miles, Slight vibration when slowing from high speeds, probably from brake rotors.
